I placed an orders for $50 Ubergift card, being Uber vendor. I send the card to my friend and this card cannot be used.

I called cashstart, I was told the card that I never use has zero balance, ok! I asked for itemized, they can give me. I asked for card number after given then reference number they cannot provide it. the email do not have card number so I am being bang around from Uber to cashstar.

Uber needs card number, cashstar won't provide.

I am still struggling to get my money back. I am disputing it with my credit card company, and waiting for response from Cashstar or Uber.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Customer services poor and feeling i got ripeoff.
