Loaded 400 dollars online to my card never was loaded. Now my boss thinks I ripped him off because I can't buy material at home Depot cause it never went on the card. But it had no problem coming out of my acct.

I received a gift card for Joann's through Cashstar as a gift. When I tried to use the card, it declined my debit card was charged. When I click on the link in my email, the card appears to be completely unused: it still has the original balance and it says it will never expire. When I try to use it at Joann's, however, it says that the card is invalid or has zero balance. Incredibly disappointing.

DI ordered a 30.00 subway gift card to include a pkg of 6 cookies. I got the code for the cookies which better work, but havent received my gift card I need for Xmas . It was ordered Dec 5. Its now the13th. Snail mail involved Im sure but would like some acknowledgement knowing Im going to get the card or a refund. I never did get a receipt or email in regards to gift card. But money was taken from my account

SCAM. FRAUD. DO NOT PURCHASE.The $75 Sephora cash star gift card I received 2 months ago is now worth $5. Cash Star website says the balance does not expire. I have made no purchases and Sephora customer service confirms this. Attempts to contact cash star are useless. Sephora has connected me to their customer service twice, which leads me back to Sephora customer service, who can do nothing about it.

FRAUDULENT SALES. SCAM

I purchased an egift card on 021424. The email was sent containing the information to the recipient.

They took that email into the local Dunhams store and was told it was not valid and that he needed to call the corp office. There isnt a customer service number so I had to sumbut an email. They said they couldnt help and that I needed to call cashstar. I have made so many phone calls to them and even had two calls dropped because I was on hold so long while they put me on hold to investigate it.

In the end I was told I would get an email within 24-48 hours. I have yet to receive anything. I can check the balance thru the link but the actual store says the gift card cannot be used. Is this a scam?

At this point I think I need to call the police to report a scam. Do not buy anything thru Cash Star!!

Charge with no gift card

I recently tried to buy a best buy gift card for $305. The website said payment was declined so I checked my card info and tried again. It told me payment was declined once again. But when I checked my bank account, I have 2 charges from you for $305. Totaling $610 in gift cards. I have received no gift cards or order confirmation. I need at least one of those gift cards refunded, and the other gift card I just need.

Bought two gifts cards from Roblox, the message alert informed me that my purchase was declined but the money was still taken from my account. I reached out to Roblox customer service and was told to contact CashStar. When reaching out to CashStar, I called twice and was not able to speak with anyone but the automated system. I still have not received my refund. The transaction took place on 12/08/2023. I was told it would be refunded within 24hrs by a Roblox Customer Support.
