Gift card finally arrived 10 days later.

I tried to order a Home Depot gift card to be sent via postal mail directly to a recipient and it was supposed to arrive before Christmas. They debited my checking account for the money on Dec 21, but the recipient never received it.

Tried to contact Home Depot and Cashstar via phone (left voice mail) and email, to find out what was going on, but never received a response. Will be disputing with my bank. Buyer beware.

Do NOT purchase gift cards through postal mail for Home Depot Gift Card or CashStar. They take the money from your account but never provide the card.

Product or Service Mentioned: Cashstar Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Ease of ordering.

I didn't like: Never delivered product.
