Not resolved

I was treated badly from both Sephora and Cashstar over a egift card.

After the horrible service being disconnected multiple times and called "Hi Gorgeous" by 5 different customer service reps, I called Cashstar to request a refund. I did not wish to patronize someone that would treat me that rudely.

Despite multiple calls over a two week period with being told "someone would call or contact to resolve with 24-48 hours" and then calling back after no response told "this has been sent for the highest escalation" still no word from Cashstar. response again...

and now stuck with a gift card I don't want. I want a refund.

Product or Service Mentioned: Gift Card.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: No response despite multiple calls over issue.
